Working with workflows as a Manager
As noted in Step 1, users must be granted the
Manager role to review submitted or completed workflows and their content. You will not be able to view or complete the steps in a workflow. Instead, as a Manager, you will be able to review the workflows that have been completed and submitted by other users.By default, when a new Skylight Application is imported, the Skylight User that imported the application will be granted the Manager role.

Manager will see workflows that have been submitted as completed, with the most recent at the top.
You can select a workflow and walk through each step to check for completeness and correctness, as well as review submitted content. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Required steps that have been marked as complete
- Required step that has not been marked as complete
- Choice selection(s) made
- Text input
- Captured media
The Manager can only review and export the submitted workflows. They cannot close or archive.
