Step 3: Use Your Workflow Templates
There are three Skylight Client types that may be used for performing work. This section will explain how to complete workflows using each supported Skylight Client. View supported Skylight Devices.
As mentioned in the overview section, Skylight Workflows may be used to perform a variety of tasks. This section will show you how to view Guided Work Instructions in Skylight using Google's Nest Thermostat Installation Procedure as an example.

Launch Skylight and Select Workflow Workflow Quick Start Application v1.3
Select Run web client from the left navigation menu or from the home page.
Select Workflow Quick Start Application v1.3 from the application drawer.

Select Start a new workflow or scroll to the right to select an open Work Session.
Scroll to the right and select Nest Thermostat Installation to start a new Work Session.
Select Nest Thermostat Installation to start a new Work Session.
Note: If you have already started a Work Session, select Start a new workflow to view the Work Templates. The area below Or choose one to continue: displays Work Sessions that are still in progress.
Select Nest Thermostat Installation to start a new Work Session.

Scroll to the right to view the work instructions.
Select each card to view the action menu as you proceed through the installation procedure.
Select Select Step to complete each step.
Select, scroll and interact with each step just as you would with any web form.
Select, scroll and interact with each step just as you would with any mobile form.

After you have completed each step in the procedure, select Submit report to complete the Work Session.
