Submit a Support Request

Support requests are only available for paid Skylight customers using the Professional or Enterprise Editions.
For questions regarding the Developer Edition, please post in the Developer Community.

To submit a support request:

  1. 1.
    Sign in with your Upskill support portal credentials at support.upskill.io.
  2. 2.
    Click Submit a Ticket in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. 3.
    Please include as much detailed information as possible. This will speed up the processing of your request and minimize the back-and-forth communication between you and our support team.
